At the time, our owner, Todd Arnold, believed that there was a need for the education of property buyers, about their purchases, that was not being met in Central Texas. With this in mind, he developed Arnold Property Inspections to educate and inform property purchasers of all skill and knowledge levels. Mr. Arnold chose to put his name on his company because he believes in the services he provides, the communities he serves and his reputation as a professional. | Brady C. Dennis, TREC Professional Inspector 6778 Mr. Dennis joined the API Team with over 7 years as a licensed Texas Real Estate Commission Professional Inspector, which is the highest designation issued by the State of Texas to it's inspectors and has also been approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a Training inspector. Mr. Dennis holds a BSS Degree in Psychology from Hardin Simmons University in Abilene and is currently working on a Master of Divinity from Logsdon Seminary in Abilene Texas. Mr. Dennis has performed literally thousands of inspections in Central Texas and has over two decades of combined building and business experience. Mr. Dennis is a Minister of Students at Trinity Baptist Church in Harker Heights and he spends his free time with his wife Shelley and their three daughters enjoying music, fishing and hunting. |

Arnold, CMI TREC Professional Inspector 7137 Mr. Arnold holds a Professional Inspectors License (the highest designation issued to property inspectors by the state of Texas) from the Texas Real Estate Commission and has also been approved to be a sponsoring training inspector for the Texas Real Estate Commission. Mr. Arnold is appointed inspector to the Federal Housing Administrations/Housing and Urban Developments Approved Inspector Roster, as well. Mr. Arnold has been designated as a Certified Master Inspector, the highest designation recognized both nationally and internationally by the Master Certification Board. He is the only inspector operating in Bell and Coryell Counties with the CMI designation and one of of only twenty inspectors within Texas to hold this designation. With every inspection Mr. Arnold performs, he uses over two decades of architecture, general contractor, remodeling and business experience that he has accumulated in his professional lifetime. |

| Audrey M. Arnold, Business Manager Mrs. Arnold is responsible for all of our business administration to include our daily operations, appointment scheduling and accounting. Mrs. Arnold has over two decades experience in operations management, mortgage banking, financial services and business administration. Mrs. Arnold has served her community on the Board of Directors for four years with the Junior League of Bell County and through various volunteer programs through out Central Texas. |
