Our Foundation
Arnold Property Inspections opened its doors and began operating in Central Texas in 2003. At the time, our Founder, Todd Arnold, believed that in the property inspection industry there was a lack of client service and a need for the education of property buyers and owners, about their purchases that were not being met. With this in mind, Arnold Property Inspections was founded to educate and inform property purchasers and owners of all skill and knowledge levels. Todd chose to put his name on his company because he believes in the services he provides, the communities he serves, and his reputation as a professional.
We believe that in business, nothing is as important as your professional reputation with your clients and your community. In 2 decades, Arnold Property Inspections has become one of the most respected building inspection companies in Central Texas, performing over twenty thousand inspections on projects ranging from homes to hotels.
