Arnold Property Inspections opened its doors and began operating in Central Texas in 2003.  At the time, our Founder, Todd Arnold, believed that in the inspection profession, there was a lack of client service and a need for the education of property buyers, about their purchases and investments that were not being met in Central Texas.  With this in mind, Arnold Property Inspections was developed to educate and inform property purchasers and owners of all skill and knowledge levels.
