Arnold Property Inspections began serving Central Texas in 2003 with a clear mission: to raise the standard of client service and education in the property inspection industry. At the time, our founder, Todd Arnold, recognized a critical gap—property buyers and owners weren’t getting the information or support they needed to make confident, informed decisions. He set out to change that.
