Arnold Property Inspections began serving Central Texas in 2003 with a clear mission:  to elevate the standard of client service and education in the property inspection industry.  At the time, our Founder, Todd Arnold, recognized a critical gap—property buyers and owners weren’t getting the information or support they needed to make confident, informed decisions. He set out to change that.  From the start, Todd chose to put his family name on the company as a personal pledge to uphold quality, integrity, and professionalism in every inspection.  More than 20 years later, that same dedication remains the foundation of everything we do.

As the company grew, Todd identified another significant need in the market: access to specialized, highly qualified commercial inspection services.  Drawing on decades of field expertise and client demand, he expanded the company beyond residential inspections to build a full commercial division.  Today, our team provides comprehensive inspections for industrial facilities, hotels, multi-use buildings, and commercial properties of every size.  Additionally, we proudly perform builder phase inspections—from pre-pour to final walkthrough—for some of the most prestigious builders in Texas, ensuring their homes meet the quality expected of an API-inspected property.  We also provide draw inspections for banks and lenders, delivering accuracy, accountability, and reliable reporting at every stage of construction and development.
