Audrey Arnold has been a driving force behind Arnold Property Inspections since its founding in 2003.  With over 35 years of experience spanning real estate, mortgage banking, securities, and nonprofit operations, Audrey brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to the inspection industry.  From day one, her focus has been clear: deliver exceptional client service while helping buyers, sellers, and investors make confident, informed decisions.

Built On Experience​​​​

Working alongside our Founder, Todd Arnold, Audrey played a key role in building Arnold Property Inspections into one of Central Texas’ most trusted residential and commercial inspection companies.  Together, they established a client-first approach that emphasizes education, clear communication, and the use of modern reporting tools and technology.  Audrey is responsible for overseeing all company operations, including client services, office management, marketing, social media strategy, and regulatory compliance with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).  She has been instrumental in developing a highly responsive office model—ensuring that clients and real estate professionals receive timely communication, seamless scheduling, and consistently prompt delivery of inspection reports.  ​​

In addition to her role at Arnold Property Inspections, Audrey serves as the Managing Partner of T.R. Arnold, LLC, the company’s parent organization.  Her leadership continues to guide the company’s growth while maintaining the high standards that have defined its success.

Beyond her professional achievements, Audrey is deeply committed to her community.  She actively supports organizations such as the Junior League of Bell County and the Temple Historic Preservation League while currently serving on the Board, as President, of the Houston Kids Film Academy (HKFA), a STEM-based educational organization in Houston dedicated to empowering youth through creative and technical learning.  Audrey's commitment to helping others is a deeply embedded personal trait that she has exercised her entire life.

Audrey enjoys traveling, spending time on the lake, gardening, and scuba diving.  She values time with her husband, two sons, extended family, friends, and her godsons.  Her belief in balancing professional excellence with a strong family foundation is reflected in both her leadership style and her personal life.
