We're Looking For

• Active TREC Professional Inspector License

• Certified Professional Inspector/Master inspector

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to produce high-quality inspection reports every inspection

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum three years of inspection experience

• Thermal imaging certification

• FAA Part 107 Drone License

• Sewer scope experience

• InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector or Certified Master Inspector (CMI)
