Todd Arnold holds a Professional Inspector License from the Texas Real Estate Commission and is also a Certified Master Inspector—the highest and most respected designation recognized nationally and internationally by the Master Certification Board and InterNACHI.  With more than 25,000 residential, commercial, and phase inspections completed throughout Central Texas, Todd brings over 20 years of hands-on inspection experience with Arnold Property Inspections—and more than 40 years in the building and inspection industry overall.

Todd remains committed to professional growth, continually expanding his knowledge through continuing education, new building product training, and daily reviews of evolving construction practices—from foundation systems to roofing technologies.  Currently, Todd personally performs inspections on all commercial buildings and residential homes built in the 1950s and earlier, drawing from a deep understanding of historic building methods, materials, and trades. His experience spans everything from early settler-built homes and log cabins to classic Victorians, mid-century bungalows, and today’s high-end custom builds featuring the latest materials and systems.

A Career Built on Leadership and Innovation

Inspection has always been Todd’s full-time profession—not a side job. As one of the founding home inspectors in Bell County, Todd helped shape modern inspection practices still used across the country.  In fact, the now-standard “blue tape walk-through”—a detailed pre-closing inspection process used by builders nationwide—originated with Arnold Property Inspections nearly two decades ago.

Outside the Job

 

When he’s not inspecting properties, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife of over 35 years, Audrey, their two grown sons, and two godsons. He’s an avid traveler, scuba diver, and is currently restoring his own 100-year-old home—a testament to his lifelong passion for craftsmanship and quality.
