At Arnold Property Inspections, we perform construction phase inspections for many Central Texas homebuilders, focusing on code compliance and finish quality. With our proven quality control processes in place, our builders have a high quality final product to present to their buyers at the final walk through. We are licensed FHA/HUD Inspectors and provide FHA/HUD compliance inspections throughout Central Texas. We offer our clients over two decades of building, remodeling and inspection experience. Each of our inspectors has been certified as a Professional Inspector by the State of Texas (the highest designation available), we are fully insured, and we complete a minimum of 18 hours in ongoing building education each year.
