Our New Construction Residential Inspections start with the same high-quality API Residential Inspection we perform during pre-purchase, but it also includes our Blue Tape Review.  For over 20 years, we have been inspecting our clients' new construction for the correction of cosmetic defects in and on walls, ceilings, flooring, and cabinetry, and we have innovated this form of quality control inspection for new construction homes in Central Texas and now beyond.

Repair Verification Inspections:
