Audrey M. Arnold

Audrey began working with Arnold Property Inspections at its inception in 2003 with her focus on client service and operations, bringing her twenty-five years of real estate, mortgage banking, securities, and non-profit operational experience.  Together Todd and Audrey developed API to educate clients while implementing modern reporting techniques and tooling, with a strong focus on client service.  

 

With her client service focus clearly defined, Audrey began developing a new office model for inspection companies in Central Texas, making it a priority to support the client during the critical time of purchasing or building a property.  Having the inspection office available to the buyer or Realtor when they call for appointments or questions, having reports delivered on time (every time), whatever the need.  Audrey manages all our operations, Texas Real Estate Commission compliance, marketing, social media, and our growing office team.  Audrey is also the active Managing Partner of T.R. Arnold, L.L.C., our parent company.  

Audrey is a dedicated professional who thrives in her role at API.  When she's not making an impact at work, she cherishes spending time with her awesome husband, two much-loved sons, family, friends, and her two awesome godsons.  She travels around the world, spends lake time on her boat, and scuba dives.  Audrey believes in balancing work and family, and this commitment shapes her approach to both her personal and professional life.  Audrey has been an active supporter of the Central Texas community through volunteering and supporting organizations such as the Junior League of Bell County and the Temple Historic Preservation League.  Her warmth and dedication are evident in everything she does.
