Adam Hughes, CPI

Adam Hughes joined the API Team in 2024 and has proved to be a valuable addition.  He is a licensed TREC Professional Inspector and an InterNachi Certified Professional Inspector (CPI).  In addition to these credentials, Adam has taken additional coursework above his licensing to possess additional certifications related to residential inspections.  Just a few of his InterNachi Certifications he holds are in:  Exterior, Roof, Moisture Intrusion, Chimney, and Plumbing Inspection areas.

Adam's investigative nature, combined with his attention to detail, makes him an exceptional Inspector.  Adam specializes in New Residential Construction, Draw, and Multi-Family Residential Inspections, excelling in New Construction Inspections that can be challenging for other inspectors.
